I am always paying attention to the weather forecast for your photoshoot date. If we notice that it's looking like we won't be able to have your photoshoot at the scheduled time, we will start discussing rescheduling options for as soon as possible.

You will receive an online digital gallery of your photos. All packages have full printings rights, meaning you are allowed to print your photos wherever you choose. I highly suggest utilizing a professional print shop instead of places like Walgreens or Target, to ensure that they print with the correct colors. Some packages include a print credit, which you can use to purchase prints through my online print shop that is attached to your gallery.

I will do outdoor photoshoots year-round! I love capturing Wisconsin's beauty in all four seasons. I will reschedule outdoor photoshoots during excessive rain, snow, or extreme temperatures.

At this time I do not have my own studio space. I do, however, frequently utilize the studios around the Madison area that are available for photographers to rent. There's many to choose from, so we can find the perfect one to fit your vibe!

Most likely, yes! I am a huge animal lover and would love to meet your pets. Just double check with me first, because it depends on our location. Some places do not allow animals, so we may need to choose a different location for our session.

Yes! If you have something that you think would make for a great photo, please bring it! Many seniors like to bring props to display their interests. For example, a musical instrument or sports equipment.

Another popular location is Pheasant Branch Convservancy in Middleton, WI. It's perfect for people wanting natural or outdoorsy photos.

I have a styling guide that I will send you with my favorite tips on what to wear to your photoshoot! My biggest tip, however, is that if you are wearing something that makes you feel comfortable and confident, that's the best choice as that confidence will shine through the photos.

This depends on the photoshoot location. Sometimes parks or downtown locations will have public restrooms that we can utilize. Many times clients change in their vehicle. Having layers that are easy to change will be best in these scenarios.

I schedule most of my outdoor sessions for "golden hour." This optimal lighting occurs about one hour before sunset. Therefore, the start time of the session will depend on the time of year.

We can also do a sunrise session if that works better for your schedule.

Wisconsin is blessed to have wildflowers blooming from late May through late October, you just have to know where to look. I know many great locations with wildflowers and am paying attention to where they are throughout the year, so I'm happy to help you find a spot! For a larger variety in colors of flowers, I advise choosing an earlier summer date. By fall, a lot of the flowers are yellow.

The trees can start to change color in late September and stay on through early November. To play it safest and to have peak colors, go with a mid October session!

This is completely up to you! Sometimes parents come and sometimes they don't. Sometimes they like to get really involved by making their senior laugh, and sometimes they just wander closely by. All parents and seniors are different, so whatever makes you all feel comfortable is best.
