One of the biggest photography regrets of families is not documenting the pregnancy stage.
When I was pregnant with my son, I know that time started slipping by quickly towards the end. I was getting so many things together in preparation for his arrival, plus everything hurt all the time! Yet I knew that I would regret if I didn't get any good documentation of this brief moment in my life. My husband and I braved the very cold February weather, headed to the local park, set up a tripod, and snapped a few maternity photos. Even though I was freezing by the end of it, I was so happy we took the time to get some pictures. Now, years later, my son loves seeing these pictures and knowing that's when he "was in Mommy's tummy."
Let me capture those moments for you. We have several options for your maternity photos. We can head outside, rent a studio space, or I can even come to your home to create beautiful maternity portraits. We'll get a combination of photos of just the mama-to-be, with both parents, with any siblings, and some details. If you're experiencing a winter pregnancy like I did, I am willing to brave the cold outdoors if you are!
