Celebrate spring with a mini session while dancing in the tulip field! Just in time for Mothers’ Day!
On Saturday, May 3rd, I will be hosting 20 minute sessions at Four Acres Flowers in Deforest, WI, just north of Madison. These will be perfect for families, couples, or flower enthusiasts! Have your photos taken, and then purchase and cut your very own tulip bouquet to bring home to remember the day.
You will receive 20 digital images within one week from photoshoot day. That means you will have them for Mothers’ Day, making this a perfect gift for all the moms in your life. (Or as a gift to yourself, fellow moms).
In the photos posted, you can see what the blooms are looking like as of April 18th, but Erin, the owner of Four Acres provided tulip photos from her bloom last year. So these are what you can expect to see on May 3rd! 40,000 tulip bulbs have been planted; I truly can’t wait to see the beautiful rows of color!
There's going to be lots of fun props to interact with and pose by. You can see here they have a beautiful windmill, that makes a great backdrop to photos. On top of that, there will be a repurposed, vintage couch, a basket full of tulips, a blanket to snuggle on, and more!
When booking your session, keep in mind that golden hour will be from 6:30-7:30 p.m., so if that is important to you, make sure to book as late as possible! Also, in the event that we have to cancel due to rain, I will reschedule the sessions to Monday, May 5th.
Please keep groups to a maximum of eight people, and pets are not allowed on the farm, so please leave fur-babies at home.
In order to book, I require a $100 nonrefundable deposit, and you will also receive a photography contract to sign. The remaining $100 will be due on May 3rd.
